Habitat For Humanity MontDelco appears on 6ABC Action News

POTTSTOWN, Pa. (WPVI) -- A lifelong dream became reality for Salif Kane and his family as they stepped through the front door of their new home on Cherry Street in Pottstown, Pa, Thursday.

For Kane, the moment was filled with emotion and gratitude.

He described the experience as "a dream come true," saying the new house represents "far more than a place to live. It's a foundation for safety, memories, and growth."

The Cherry Street home is the newest project completed by Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery and Delaware Counties, an organization that has spent more than 35 years dedicated to expanding access to affordable housing.

The organization provides hardworking families the opportunity to purchase homes with affordable mortgages - opening the door to stability and a brighter future.

Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery and Delaware Counties states it continues its mission to transform lives through homeownership, one family and one dedication ceremony at a time.
